If you were to pick up a book on my shelf and flip through its pages, you might find a “trail” of underlined sentences here and there (that includes my Bible). It is a trait that I picked up from my father. I love to be able to refer back to the underlined sections whenever I wish to remember something that I read in it, or quote to a friend, or think over something that was said that I hadn’t really thought about before.
